2012年6月六级考试完型填空真题解析

本次完型真题取自于我们课上提到过的四大刊物:科技美国人(Scientific American)2010年11月的一篇文章，原文标题：Hearing the Music, Honing the Mind。整体来看文章主题明确，脉络清晰，属于一篇较容易的文章。

首先按照上课时我反复强调的：无论做到完形填空时剩余几分钟的时间，均要细读首句，预测文章中心。首句为Music produces profound and lasting changes in the brain.确定文章论述音乐对大脑产生的影响，而且有形容词profound 可预测作者对音乐的影响持正态度。明确主题后，解题过程中时刻注意靠拢中心进行解题。我们介绍一下较为典型的几道小题。

其中62题，72题为典型的名词性选项，Schools should add music classes, not cut them. Nearly 20 years ago, a small study advanced the 62 that listening to Mozart’s Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major could boost mental functioning.

73题属于典型的四个选项为介词选项，我们课堂强调介词选项多考介词本身含义，四个选项介词本身含义为：在…之上在…其中在…中间在…之内，四个表示空间方位介词，后接名词我为your brain，所以选择inside。

此外，65 题75 76 77 均为课堂上重点强调的动词选项。

74 题为我们讲过的近义词复现，而且为语义重叠复现。原文74空与首句重叠：produces profound and lasting changes，确定74空答案就在首句附近的上下文寻找，所以继续观察原文第二句即为Schools should add music classes, not cut them.证明music classes（音乐课）的重要性。而74空要求选择音乐___能produces profound and lasting changes，自然选择原文music classes 的近义词 music lessons。

当然除了上述知识点外，63题也考到了It was not long before 的固定结构，以及71题的once in a while 的固定搭配，这就需要平时基础知识的积累。
