2011年6月四级考试预测作文（星火英语）

眼看2011年6月的四级考试马上临近，星火英语特推出预测作文，其目的并不在于一定能命中作文（虽然我们在其他书上几乎每次都能命中四、六级作文真题，详见宣传页），而在于提醒读者想短期内提升写作分数并不难，重要的是方法得当。

首先，背诵。如果你在写作上面花的时间较少，我们建议你在这最后的冲刺阶段，把下面的范文背诵下来，直至“滚瓜烂熟”。

其次，默写。将背过的范文默写一次。这主要是检验背诵的效果，看是不是已经达到了预期的效果；同时，还可以模拟考场氛围，提前进入考试状态。

最次，仿写。怎么仿写？你可以从我们的书中找几个作文题，重新写一篇属于自己的范文。

值得注意的是，背诵的目的不仅仅在于记住这几篇范文，而在于记住这些范文的行文结构及闪光句式（注意范文中加下划线和序号的部分），将其用于其他范文中。如果你能按照上面三步进行复习，写作部分绝对没问题。

The question whether urban parks should charge an entrance fee or not has been a source of controversy for a long time. Supporters claim that urban parks, supposed to be places where people have leisure and entertainment, are public ①establishments that have been created with taxpayers’ money and thus should be free.

On the other hand, opponents maintain that, considering China’s large population and lack of a sense of civic duty, once the parks are free of charge, they will not be properly managed and will inevitably be damaged. ②For instance, the problem of parks’ bearing capacity, security and service quality issues will be obvious. There is a strange “tradition” in China's higher education, which sees English language courses being compulsory while Chinese is optional.
