春节期间跟亲戚去玩了一下午，感觉还可以。20门票也不算贵。就是山路崎岖，开车上去要多加小心！山下山同一条路，主要是台阶为主。上午云雾缭绕，下午放晴，景色不错。因下午才上去，快到顶时天快黑了，没爬上最高点。下山个个都饿得咕咕响，去叫了18碗大溪客家面，吃个精光。

爬山灵通山注意事项：女士勿穿高跟鞋。傍晚山上风大，有点冷！登山道夜间无路灯，天黑前下山，或带有照明功能的手机。

灵通山自驾游开车线路（诏安县到平和县大溪灵通山开车路线）：
汕头、东山方向都是先到诏安县再走S309省到大溪镇再到灵通山。
漳州方向可走S207再到大溪镇。
更具体的线路可以找一下地图或使用导航。

此外，沈海高速复线漳州天宝至诏安段即将于2013年底或2014年初通车，线路从潮州-》太平镇-》大溪镇灵通山的高速，沈海高速复线广东段连接广东潮州高速。目前广东段仍未通车，可以行车至太平镇或霞葛镇上高速直达灵通山。
