通过读书发现其他的好书或者电影，看着电影电视发现好歌好音乐，在旅途上发现美食花草以及它们的故事，都是特别有趣的事。

前一段时间喜欢看《犯罪心理》(Criminal Minds)，既烧脑还挺有文化，因为每集的开头结尾都会有智者箴言或者“名言锦句”，虽然也有谬传，比如有一集说孔夫子曰“在你开始一段复仇之旅前，需要挖好两个坟墓” （“Before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves.”）这句话要表达“害人终害己”的意思，可能来自“攻乎异端，斯害也己”这句话，但孔子原话却并非关于报复，不过总的来说这剧灰常有人文情怀。

第六季第一集的结尾音乐，是Cohen的Who by Fire,这应该是这位音乐诗人最简单的一首歌，歌词中没有一个动词，而且只用了一个最简单的句型，然而却让人觉得蕴含了千言万语；像有一双悲悯而又冷峻的眼睛，俯瞰这迷惘纷乱的人世。

想起那首千古名篇：“枯藤老树昏鸦，小桥流水人家，古道西风瘦马。夕阳西下，断肠人在天涯。”

通篇只有名词，但天涯过客的愁绪，却在苍茫西风中，萧瑟悲凉了近千年，至今犹回响，于多少人的心弦。

不过马致远的秋思，更多的是天地悠悠，人在其间的漂泊无依，宛如深秋的落叶。

而Cohen的这首歌，则更接近里尔克的《沉重的时刻》：

此刻有谁在世上某处哭，
无缘无故在世上哭，
在哭我。

此刻有谁夜间在某处笑，
无缘无故在夜间笑，
在笑我。

此刻有谁在世上某处走，
无缘无故在世上走，
走向我。

Cohen与里尔克，写的都是人群。

人海茫茫，世间多少人在来来去去，却依旧孤独，了无依凭。

你想走向谁，谁，又在走向你？

那路上，横亘着怎样的命运？

谁能知道，谁的旅途，谁的终点？

每个人的日子，是否都会慢慢结满苍凉的盐霜？

Cohen总是令人忍不住思索哲学问题。这一首尤其如此。

查了不少资料，才终于弄明白，Cohen的这首歌其实来自古老的赎罪日祈祷词，所以关乎死亡，关乎最终的审判。原来那些反复出现的“by”，并不是“在什么旁边”的意思，而是走向终点的方式。不过明白之后更很难翻译，因为原文的字面意思与深层含义其实迥然不同。不过仅仅按字面来了理解，也已经扣人心弦：

　　Who in the nighttime  谁困于暗夜

生，必有一死；即使终有归宿，大概已经不完美。

何况,像他另一首歌所说，生命中，一切还都有裂缝；但正是那些裂缝，在透进光明。

沉静冷冽，然而实实在在的光明。

一如这首令人感怀的歌。
