Speed thee in thy fiery flight,

In what cavern of the night

Will thy pinions close now?

Tell me, Moon, thou pale and grey

Pilgrim, of heaven’s homeless way,

In what depth of night or day,

Sleekest thou repose now?

告诉我，月亮，汝面色苍白，

在天上无家可归，一路朝拜，

昼长长，夜深深，

汝休息地何在？

Weary wind, who wanderest

Like the world’s rejected guest,

Hast thou still some secret nest

On the tree or billow?

疲惫的风儿，汝飘忽不定，
