佛说万般皆是苦，脱离苦海唯自渡。

人生在世事万千，多少欢波多少苦。

做啥事情它都会，经历困难受苦楚。

依靠自己去解决，渡过难关入坦途。

Buddha said that everything is suffering, out of the sea of suffering only cross.

Life in the myriad things, how much joy wave how much bitter.

简而言之它就是，自己苦难自己支。

不要痴心去指望，别人全力来帮你。

只有自己帮自己，才能渡过苦难去。

听过这样一句话：把握人生靠自己。

It is, in short, self-sustaining.

Don't expect others to do everything they can to help you.

Only to help themselves, to go through the suffering.

 

Heard such a sentence: grasp the life depends on their own.

生活不是消极地，等待风暴都过去。

而是必须要学会，翩翩起舞经风雨。

人生长河起起伏，痛苦快乐相交织。

每一个人无例外，都是生命摆渡者。

阴阳学家王阳明，千古铭言流于今：

人生高处时渡人，身处低谷时渡心。

迷茫之时渡字己，才是真正明智人。

人生三度几人晓，待我一一道分明。

故在当年王阳明，平定宁王叛乱时。

俘虏宁王朱宸濠，还获得了大机密。

王阳明却一把火，账本烧成了灰烬。

并把平叛的功劳，全部让给了别人。

在王阳明眼睛里，叛乱既然已平定。

大动干戈没必要，一切到此即可矣！

释迦牟尼曾经说：以恨对恨恨永存。

以爱对恨恨自消，恨自消尽爱永恒。

世间人与人之间，永远都是相互的。

渡人就是渡自己，给人所得自己得。

With love to hate hate self-elimination, hate self-elimination love eternal.

Between people in the world, is always mutual.

今给别人留活路，是给自己留后路。

一生行走人世间，雨天没伞常湿足。

天道昭然无疏亲，善果常常与善人。

一个善念一善言，为你结下一善缘。

To leave a way out for others is to leave a way out for yourself.

Life walk in the world, rainy days without an umbrella often wet feet.

The way of heaven is clear without sparse pro, good fruit often with good people.

 

A good thought and a good word, for you to establish a good relationship.

请你务必要相信，因果报应果然真。

你对别人所付出，每一善意每善行。

最后真正成全的，往往都是你自己。

使你高处时渡人，美好举动的回赠。

You must believe that karma is real.

All the kindness you've given to others, every act of kindness.

To give you a gift in return for good deeds.

人生低谷时渡心，心情舒畅度平生。

心是一切的根源，心是为人的本真。

因为心是什么样，世界便是什么样。

然而心只有一颗，承载太多累难当。

唯有渡心才能使，内心安宁静怡神。

当年春暖花开时，王阳明与好友行。

相约山间去游玩，遇见花在石中生。

好友指着石中花，淡淡笑问王阳明：

His friend pointed to the flowers in the stone and asked Wang Yangming with a faint smile:

曾经闻你常常说，心外无理亦无物。

那么你能控制住，眼前这花的归宿。

最终是开还是败？开开败败如何说？

王阳明笑回答说：花开花落又如何？

你未看到此花时，此花与汝同寂寞。

你来看间此花时，此花颜色才明白。

花开花败是遵循，自然规律变化的。

能否让人心波动，却是由人决定的。

Flowers bloom and fall according to the laws of nature.

即使某天有天灾，或者人祸来临了。

只要心中有定力，波澜不惊对待之。

那么永远你都会，处在美好境界里。

一个美好桃花源，艳阳天中身心怡。

归根结底都不过，就是吃吃与喝喝。

就是这么的简单，就是这样的基本。

因为简单和基本，就是最最美丽的。

 世间绝大部分人，皆如你我普通人。

背后没有啥依靠，唯有拼搏去进取。

修行路上无止境，学会自己渡自己。

成为自己的太阳，照亮前方向前去。

There is no rely on behind, only hard work to forge ahead.

Practice on the road endless, learn to cross their own.

 

Be your own sun, light up the way forward.

 

写在最后几句话，潇潇洒洒走天下。

生活最终会如何，全靠自己去渡它。

因此绝不要害怕，人生一时失意啥。

只有经历过荒凉，才能抵达心繁华。
