古代孟子曾经说，正人君子有三乐。

父母俱在其一乐，兄弟无故首要的。

家人平安一切好，看着父母慢慢老。

不管有事没事儿，回家看看莫忘了。

Ancient Mencius once said that a gentleman has three pleasures.

Both parents are happy, and brothers are the first for no reason.

The family is safe and all is well. I watch my parents grow old.

 

No matter what, don't forget to go home and have a look.

伺候膝前承欢颜，夜灯下面问安暖。

和老母亲撒撒娇，与老父亲侃侃天。

这可决不是矫情，人之常情是温馨。

就是活到八十岁，也需父母疼爱心。

Play coquettish with your old mother and chat with your old father.

This is by no means affectation, human nature is warmth

Even if you live to be 80, you need your parents to love you.

陪着父母吃餐饭，品一杯茶侃侃天。

不停仿佛唠叨着，以前旧事一幕幕。

看着父亲在饭后，去菜园里忙碌着。

走时父母让子女，带些梨和枣瓜果。

青菜白菜红萝卜，大兜小包往家拖。

正如诗人辛弃疾，清贫乐里所吟诵：

The grass on the brook with the thatched eaves is low.

都说儿女是父母，心头之肉难割舍。

不管走到哪儿去，心就牵到哪儿了。

父母眼中的儿女，永永远远是孩子。

留在身边觉闹心，放到远处又揪心。

It is said that children are parents, and the flesh of their hearts is hard to give up.

Wherever you go, your heart will go.

Children in the eyes of parents are always children.

看到自己的子女，曾经天天抱怀里。

光阴总是对我们，流水落花两无情。

流年虽逝又何妨，勿忘心安度余生。

岁月静好最惬意，心安理得最怡情。

亦可平淡若清风，自在安宁宛如歌。

天真依然

Innocence remains

小的时候人天真，长大之后人较真。

从此生活就变得，很沉很沉很闹心。

天真的人不代表，不知黑暗与烦恼。

恰恰因为见到过，才知天真真的好。

When I was young, I was naive, but when I grew up, I was more honest.

Since then, life has become very heavy and disturbing.

Innocent people don't mean they don't know darkness and worry.

 

Just because I saw it, I realized that innocence is really good.

智者能从生活中，吸收种种的养分。

增强自己的活力，保持自己的天真。

愚者偏从生活里，吸收种种的毒素。

它使内心与面貌，越变越丑跃低劣。

A wise man can absorb all kinds of nutrients from life.

Enhance your vitality and keep your innocence.

Fools tend to absorb all kinds of toxins from life.

 

It makes the heart and face more ugly and inferior.

 

人越长大越成熟，可是什么叫成熟。

因为成熟的含义，常被误解和扭曲。

最通常见的误解，待人越来越刻薄。

对人越来越怀疑，总觉他人有企图。

People grow more mature, but what is maturity.

Because the meaning of maturity is often misunderstood and distorted.

The most common misunderstanding is that people are becoming more and more mean.

People are becoming more and more suspicious and always feel that others have intentions.

 

行为越来越自私，心胸越来越狭窄。

脾气越来越暴躁，态度越来越虚假。

精神越来越畏缩，热情越来越冷却。

全部当作成熟看，这种成熟丑难睹。

The behavior is more and more selfish, and the mind is more and more narrow.

The temper is getting hotter and hotter, and the attitude is getting more and more false.

The spirit is shrinking and the enthusiasm is cooling.

It's hard to see this kind of maturity

真正意义的成熟，青草更青绿更绿。

红色苹果色更红，蓝天更蓝美如图。

白云更白雪更洁，高山更高壮天地。

 顺者为人逆者仙，仙即真人明真玄。

The true meaning of maturity is that the grass is greener and greener.

The red apple is more red, and the blue sky is more beautiful.

The white clouds are whiter and cleaner, and the mountains are higher and stronger.

The person who is obedient is the person who is disobedient, and the person who is immortal is the real person.

真人即是天真人，修道是一逆过程。

这一过程须修炼，恢复孩童般天真。

这份天真经历了，三重境界的修行。

看见山峰就是山，看见流水就是水。

The real person is the real person in heaven. Cultivation is a reverse process.

This process needs to be refined to restore childlike innocence.

This naive experience is the practice of triple realms.

When you see mountains, you will see mountains, and when you see running water, you will see water.

 

看见似山不是山，看见似水不是水。

看见山峰还是山，看见流水还是水。

这份天真它就是，经历世事的纯洁。

每段生命很简单，莫费心思去索取。

Seeing mountains is not mountains, and seeing water is not water.

See the mountain or the mountain, see the running water or the water.

This innocence is the purity of experience.

Every life is very simple. Don't bother to get it.

简单纯粹永远是，生活本色的纯真。

快乐无忧永远是，岁月天真的表征。

不管一路的行走，我们失去过什么。

但是永远以一颗，最为平常心活着。

But always live with one, the most ordinary heart.

这是人生赋我们。生命最大的意义。

我们人人可释放，所有优雅的气质。

但是还要保存着，生命本色与真谛。

历经千山万水后，知道人生不容易。

This is what life gives us. The greatest meaning of life.

All of us can release all the elegant temperament.

But we should also preserve the essence of life.

 

After going through thousands of mountains and rivers, I know that life is not easy.

历经跋涉与漂泊，我们终于会明白。

生活原并不复杂，只是被人摆弄着。

很多时候的复杂，只是我们的感觉。

人心不足蛇吞象，欲望引来烦恼多。

After trudging and drifting, we will finally understand.
