1. 请用原子笔填写，不得使用铅笔 / Always use a pen when writing a personal check – never a pencil.
你的姓名地址，银行分行行址，支票序号，支票填写日期，以数字（如：1,200. 00/）表示的金额，以英文（如：Thousand,Hundred,Ten）表示的金额，收款人或公司名称，支票全码包括： 3位数字（支票序号）+ 5位数字（银行分行序号）+ 3位数字（金融机构序号）+11位（银行账号）.
2. 在日期栏写上正确的日期格式： 日日/月月/年年年年 / Write in correct date on the “Date Line”.
3. 用英文写上收款人的姓名或收款机构的名称 / On the “Pay to the Order” line, write in the name of the person or company to whom the check is being written. “pay to the order of”
4. 金额栏要填上含两位小数点的阿拉伯数字 （如：$145.34）/ In the “Dollar Box”, write in the numeric value the check. 金額那欄要填上數字
5. 支票数字使用大写（Thousand, Hundred, Ten）,分/角部分要用分数表示 / On the “Dollar Amount Line”, write out the spoken representation of the amount written into the “Dollar Box”. Utilize the cents as a fractional representation.
6. 签名栏请写上要开支票人的名字 / On the “Signature Line”, sign your name.
