Ribera del Duero品鉴会

Ribera del Duero杜埃罗河岸,很多刚接触葡萄酒的人可能对这个产区比较陌生,但是它确是西班牙最璀璨的一颗明星,你能想到的西班牙酒王悉数出自这个不大的产区(只比开福区大一点),140多年的VEGA SICILIA、40载的TINTO PESQUERA、仅十多年的Dominio de Pingus,一个个闪耀的名字前仆后继地涌现。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        接下来八款来自该产区的佳酿正开瓶待饮。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Zerthus Joven 2006  已显老态,些许果香,腐木气息。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Zerthus Barrica 2005  木香与熟透的浆果香味交织,柔顺易饮。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        TINTO PESQUERA 2010  让人惊艳的香气,香草、烘焙、巧克力、黑莓、蓝莓、雪茄交融,丝丝单宁融化于口中,品完第一轮再回味时又散发出甘草、蘑菇的渐进香味,是我今天最喜欢的之一,没有王者的张扬,却掩饰不了高贵的气质。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Emilio Moro 2007  在PESQUERA之后品鉴,让它稍显逊色。单宁已非常柔顺,些许胡椒、皮革、香料气息。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Condado de Haza 2007  与PESQUERA系出同门,同样由有西班牙葡萄酒教父之称的Alejandro Fernández创造的顶级园,从其酒标的风格可见一斑。酒体比前几款更醇厚,不过感觉还没完全打开。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Torres Celeste Crianza 2009  因为葡萄园海拔较高,仿佛可以触摸到天空的星星,于是命名了这么浪漫的一个名字“星空”。不过它的位置太尴尬,被其他更耀眼的星星夹在中间,顿时黯然失色。红色水果风味,淡淡的奶油香味隐匿其中。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        M2 de Matallana 2009  黑莓、李子、梅子等黑色水果与香料、橡木味很好的融合,单宁感适中。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Emilio Moro Malleolus 2006  压轴出场,不知能否力压群雄。倒入杯中,香气缓缓而出,似一缕清泉,纯净雅致,泉水慢慢流入森林,各种水果芳香伴随着丁香的气息,让人在这炎热的夏日感受到些许清新,完全有别于前面的酒,耳目一新。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        因为美味人生的老板带过来的手工巧克力,特意加了一款匈牙利的托卡伊甜白来配,整场品鉴在甜蜜中结束。
