The ABB Diagnostics Collection Tool
(DCT) is used to collect diagnostics information for analysis from a local or remote
node in a distributed LAN
system.

DCT must run by a user having Administrator rights, else it
will lead to inaccurate results or uncertain behavior of the
tool.

If a user without Built-in administrator rights tries to run
DCT, then the User Account Control (UAC) warning dialog
appears.
