    Indict 在美国是特指被大陪审团起诉 一般是比较重的罪行。谋杀什么的，中国没有大陪审团我也不知道怎么解释 在起诉前要有证据才能起诉 类似过堂，大陪审团认可就是 INDICTMENT 例句比如最近很红的Caylee Anthony案子（CASEY涉嫌谋杀自己的女儿）
