Letrozole 相关药名蕾卓洛膜衣錠/来曲唑，用于治疗停经妇女的乳癌，能减少雄激素向雌激素的转化，降低体内雌激素水平
Herceptin 赫赛汀，贺癌平，适应症为转移性乳腺癌，适用于HER2过度表达的转移性乳腺癌

anemia/low red blood cell counts
diarrhea
fatigue
fertility issues
hair changes
infection
memory loss
menopause and menopausal symptoms
mouth and throat sores
nail changes
nausea
neuropathy (problems with hands and feet)
taste and smell changes
vaginal dryness
vomiting
weight changes
Chemotherapy also may cause other side effects that are less common, but more serious:

bone loss/osteoporosis
heart problems
vision/eye problems
