Living with you is like painting a work of art.
我们的生活，如同一幅美丽的画卷,
(Wo3 men2 de0) (sheng1 huo2), (ru2 tong2 yi1 fu4) (mei3 li4 de0) (hua4 juan4),

Every minute is a small stroke  coloring the canvas.
时间的画笔，分秒不停地为它上色！
(Shi2 jian1 de0) (hua4 bi3), (fen1 miao3 bu4 ting2 de0) (wei4 ta1 shang4 se4) !

At the start the picture was blank and we painted with light – almost invisible – grey colors.
最初，画布之上一片空白，隐约有些淡淡的灰色；
(Zui4 chu1), (hua4 bu4 zhi1 shang4) (yi1 pian4 kong4 bai2), (yin3 yue1 you3 xie1) (dan4 dan4 de0) (hui1 se4);

After a tedious year,
相识相知的第一年，看似平平常常，
(Xiang1 shi2 xiang1 zhi1 de0) (di4 yi1 nian2), (kan4 si4) (ping2 ping2 chang2 chang2),

the contours were in place and we decided to begin the coloring.
这美丽的画卷，已渐渐显出了轮廓。
于是我们携手，开始共同的创作！
(Zhe4 mei3 li4 de0) (hua4 juan4), (yi3 jian4 jian4) (xian3 chu1 le0) (lun2 kuo4).
(Yu2 shi4 wo3 men2 xie2 shou3), (kai1 shi3 gong4 tong2 de0) (chuang4 zuo4)!

It still wasn’t clear what the painting would look like, but we gripped the brush with adolescent  impatience.
充满对未来的憧憬，我们紧握画笔，以青春年少的执著！
(Chong1 man3) (dui4 wei4 lai2 de0) (chong1 jing3), (wo3 men2 jin3 wo4 hua4 bi3), (yi3 qing1 chun1 nian2 shao4 de0) (zhi2 zhuo2)!

We did not save on contrasts.
对于色彩的渲染，我们从不吝啬！
(Dui4 yu2) (se4 cai3 de0) (xuan4 ran3), (wo3 men2) (cong2 bu4) (lin4 se4)!

The base color is love’s burning red,
炽热的鲜红，爱的颜色，理当作为底色！
(Chi4 re4 de0) (xian1 hong2), (ai4 de0 yan2 se4), (li3 dang1 zuo4 wei2 di3 se4)!

the trips to China are green stripes,
翠绿的条纹，是我们的中国之行；
(cui4 lv4 de0 tiao2 wen2), (shi4 wo3 men2 de0) (zhong1 guo2 zhi1 xing2);

and the vacations are orange.
橘黄色的，是我们周游欧洲列国；
(Ju2 huang2 se4 de0), (shi4 wo3 men2) (zhou1 you2) (ou1 zhou1 lie4 guo2);

and the dinners with our friends are sparkling dust of gold.
亮闪的金粉，是我们与好友共进晚餐；
(Liang4 shan3 de0 jin1 fen3), (shi4 wo3 men2) (yu3 hao3 you3) (gong4 jin4 wan3 can1);

The visits here in the north gave the blue color which is reflected in your wedding bouquet.
梦幻之蓝，代表你新婚花束的颜色；
(Meng4 huan4 zhi1 lan2), (dai4 biao3 ni3) (xin1 hun1 hua1 shu4 de0) (yan2 se4);

The wedding proposal is a dash of purple,
泼墨般奔放的紫色，正是我此时的誓言，对爱的执著！
(Po1 mo4 ban1 ben1 fang4 de0) (zi3 se4), (zheng4 shi4 wo3) (ci3 shi2 de0) (shi4 yan2), (dui4 ai4 de0) (zhi2 zhuo2)!

At the center is a small creature, colored by moonlight. It is a girl
看那画卷的正中央，月光笼罩的小女孩，
(Kan4 na4) (hua4 juan4 de0) (Zheng4 zhong1 yang1), (yue4 guang1 long3 zhao4 de0) (xiao3 nv3 hai2),

who is carrying our hopes and dreams.
她承载着你我共同的理想与希望！
(Cheng2 zai3 zhe1) (li2 xiang3 yu3 xi1 wang4), (ni3 wo3 gong4 tong2 de0)!

This painting can never be sold and I don’t think any other can see the whole piece. But to me it is priceless.
这幅无价的画卷，只有你我能读懂所有的颜色！
(Zhe4 fu4) (wu2 jia4 de0) (hua4 juan4), (zhi3 you3 ni3 wo3) (neng2 du2 dong3) (suo3 you3 de0) (yan2 se4)!
