Because my foreign friends will also visit my spaces, all the activities concerned will be given in both English for better understanding and better communications ^.^  

Though Maytinee's nickname is MAY, she was actually born in APRIL :) 18th April (Friday) is her birthday. After considerable but secret discussion with other PhD friends in our office, we want to give her a big surprise! Firstly, everyone just pretends to be very busy at weekend (Actually, KIKI is "really" busy these days as you know from last diaries). We don't forget May's birthday, but we have NO time to give her a big party. So we decide that just May, Peter, Jesse and I will go to Trond's home to have a simple Movie Night.

But actually this well-organized big party will be held in Peter and Are's kitchen. Boys are responsible for making delicious dinner and KIKI is for making the cake. Haha, KIKI now is famous for her talent in designing novel chocolate cakes^.^ It is really nice, isn't it?

Everyone is so happy and waiting for foods~  Hungry!! By the way, from their nice preparation for environment as well as foods, it can be proved that Male PhD students at NHH are all potential good husbands in the future. ~*@*~

After main dishes, we still have yummy desserts made by different persons. Besides KIKI's cake, the mixed-fruit soup, the farthest, is brought by Fifi and Aleif. The traditional Norwegian Brød is made by Svien. May also makes sweet dumpling with coconut powder.

Now it is the PRESENT time!!! The funniest thing happens!!

What's the FIRST present? Oh, my God! It is a boy's magazine... Come on, what are you thinking, guys... May is so embarrassed, but look at Peter, he seems quite excited in... Haha~~~

Then, Svien takes out the SECOND gift and says "It is even  BETTER for you!" Once May sees the SHAPE of the gift, she is so scared and even doesn't want to tough it. At first, we don't know what happens, but suddenly I realize what she is thinking about the GIFT (This part is NOT suitable for children under 18 years old :P)

Hint: Several days ago when we discussed what gift we should prepare for May, Trond recommended that May's umbrella always goes wrong (Because Bergen's endless rain~~) so a high quality and STRONG umbrella is a good gift for her.

To make it funnier, I just naively say, "Oh, May, I know this gift. It is STRONG and really SUITABLE for you!" At the same time, Jesse also repeats, "Automatic, automatic!!"  Actually, everyone already sees that it is just an umbrella except May. Therefore, everyone is laughing, but May holds this GIFT and doesn't look at it, so scared, so nervous, so embarrassed... $.$  Hahahahahahaha~~~

Finally, all the gifts appear. Besides the Magazine and STRONG umbrella, there is also rain boots. Personally, I prepare another Hello Kitty umbrella (Then she has enough umbrellas for coming years~ ) and swimming hat for May.
