I really enjoy listening to music because it helps me relax and
takes my mind away from other cares of the day. Personally, I
really like jazz music because of its musical rhythms （节奏，韵律）
andsoothing（柔和舒缓的，使人平静的）
beat. There are several stations on the radio that play this type
of music. Other times, I enjoy listening to country and western
music. Some of the lyrics to these songs are inspirational and
moving.
