Chinese Stir Fried Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients:

16 medium
shrimp, shelled and cleaned - 3 broccoli stems, cut into 1-1/2-inch florets
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger roots
- 1 green onion, cut into 1 inch long
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How to cook Chinese Stir Fried Shrimp and Broccoli:
- Stir-fry Broccolis:
- Heat the wok over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Then add the broccoli florets into the Wok. With a spatula, push and turn the broccolis all around for 3 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover the wok for 1.5 minutes. Uncover the wok, stir-fry for another 1 minute. Remove the cooked broccolis from heat and set aside.

Stir-fry Shrimps:
- Heat the wok on very high heat, for enough time so that a bead of water will evaporate within 1 or 2 seconds. Add 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, the green onions, and ginger. Add shrimps and stir-fry until the color turns into pink. Add soya sauce, cooking wine, sugar, black pepper and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Mix the shrimp with the cooked broccolis. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve the Chinese Stir Fried Shrimp and Broccoli with hot steamed white rice.
Tips:
- Prepare all Ingredients separately in small dishes. Once starting to cook, it will be handy to get them.
- In preparing the dish, be careful that the oil does not get too hot.
