2. 序数词的运用

表示数目多少或顺序多少的词叫数词，数词分为基数词和序数词。表示数目多少的数词叫基数词；

表示顺序的数词叫序数词。

1）序数词往往与定冠词the 连用

the ninth month       on the twelfth floor

 

2) 序数词的缩写形式： first---1^st;   second---2^nd;   thirty-first---31^st

 

3) 序数词的运用：表示日期。如2001年4月2日 April 2^nd,2001

 

3.Day  天，白天

Eg: 1) We work during the day and sleep during the night.

2) There are seven days in a week.

 

3)表示特定的日子或节日，如：Teachers’ Day,  Mother’s Day, 

School Day 学校开放日

 

Date 可数n. 一般特指。前有the

What’s the date (is it ) today?

It’s Nov. 13, 2014.

 

What day is it today?

--It’s Thursday.

 

4.Have作实义v.

1)  +动词意义的n。 （表暂时性的动作）

Have a look,  have a walk,  have a drink

 

2） “吃，喝” have some tea,  have lunch

 

3)”从事，进行“  如: have a class,  have a meeting,  have a party,  have a concert

 

4) Have助动词 have+pp(过去分词)

Have you finished your homework?

 

5）Have使役动词（省TO不定式）

Our teacher have us finish the work in an hour.
