星期一早晨，多麽希望本周是平静的一周啊。可这些可恶的机器就是不随人愿，一早就开始了。一台ESX机器自己把自己杀掉了。VIC失去了联系，6台虚拟机在上面，5台工作正常，一台联系不上了。（RDP,VNC,SSH....)

    ESX宿主机没了反应，iLo也不起作用。又不能把这些个活的虚拟机迁移出来，噩运啊！必须把虚拟机全部关机，然后做人工冷迁移。步骤：
1、把能够关掉的虚拟机全部关掉；（大部分机器任然是活的，我们的6台虚拟机有一台联系不上了，其它5台还可以联结）
2、在VIC中，把这台ESX移除
3、通过iLO按“Press&Hold”键，将ESX关机；
4、在数据库中找到那几台虚拟机，将它们一一加回去；
5、启动那台ESX，VIC到该单机，移除那些留在上面的鬼魂机；
6、针对台ESX排错；
7、把该机重新加入VIC。

    我还以为只有IBM、Dell和SUN存在这个问题，（http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/docdisplay?lndocid=MIGR-5078455；）殊不知，我还不孤独，HP 460 G6 也有这个问题：（http://communities.vmware.com/thread/267678）

    可是问题在哪里呢？

    神狗也找不出什么有用的答案来。估计是固件的版本太老，不能适应VSphare4吧。这里有些相关的解释。

    二、I believe that this behaviour is by design. HA doesn't work when I have problem with host RAID controller -

In VC, failed host and VMs are marked as "disconnected", but ping to service console is OK. And VMs brings online another hosts only when failed host is shut down. http://communities.vmware.com/thread/238626?start=15&tstart=0

    真的是不省心，星期二,又一台G6服务器ESX宿主机被迫重启。这回应该是Smart Array P410固件的问题了。
