Bought a roomba years ago, and it stop working recently with common “Uh-Oh 9 Beeps” Error.

Call iRobot and been told out of warranty and suggest get a replacement for $$$. Call AMX to found out what happened the extended warranty and get a new insurance company to call (1-800-225-3750 service@serviceplan.ca)

Call them and get the claim form then fill out the form plus the documents they need send back to them and wait.

2 week later, they finally says they received the documents and the claim is in progress.

2 days later, they need you to found out how much the replacement will cost, (get the information from iRobot send it back) wait..

2 days later, they agreed to pay the $$$ and have you to order the replacement, and allow them 3-4 weeks to send the check.

2 months later, Called so many times and the check finally coming.
