信用证下相符交单的三层含义

Complying presentation means presentation that is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the credit, the applicable provisions of these rules and international standard banking practice.

1.      提交的单据必须与跟单信用证条款相符；

2.      提交的单据必须与适用该交易的UCP600的规则相符（限于未被跟单信用证的条款修改或排除的规则）；

3.      提交的单据必须与国际银行标准业务相符（大多包含在《关于审核跟单信用证下单据的国际标准银行实务》（ISBP）中）。
