说课稿
各位领导、老师:大家好!
我说课的题目是七年级下册第七单元 The Birthday Party第二个话题 Can you sing an English song? 第二课Section B。整个说课我将分几个部分进行讲述,即教材、学情分析、教学方法设计、教学用具、教学程序、板书设计、本节课教学效果的预测。
一、教材、学情分析
(一)教材的地位和作用
本课是第七单元话题二的第二课时。本节课的主要活动是1a和2。进一步学习并巩固情态动词can/can’t表示个人能力的功能用语并导入新词汇smart和count。本节课对学生的听力能力的训练方式较多,如听录音检测内容;听录音完成歌词。不仅训练学生听力理解能力和识辨图片的能力,而且培养学生听关键信息并速记的技能。
(二)学情分析
本班学生英语基础两级分化现象严重,班上优生有近三分之一,大多数学生基础很薄弱,但学习兴趣还可以。学生在上节课已经初步掌握了can和can’t 的用法,认识了or questions ,知道如何回答or questions。这是本堂课得以成功的基础。
(三)教学目标及其确立的依据:
根据国家义务教育英语课程标准(2011版)、仁爱英语教材的特点、学生的实际情况特制定如下三维教学目标:
1. Knowledge aims
能够根据已学语音、音标及发音规则,正确朗读下列词汇并运用于情景对话中:
smart, count
掌握can/can’t表示个人能力的表达法,如:
(1) I can …very well.
(2) I can … a little.
(3) I can’t … at all.
能用英语表扬和鼓励他人:You are so smart!
能用英语表达自我意愿: I would like to take these flowers to the party.
2. Skill aims
能够听懂有关现在能做和不能做的事情的对话和简单的故事;
能够听懂简单的课堂用语并作出适当反应;
能够和同伴就能做和不能做的事情进行口头交流;
能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话;
能够参照图片或范例写出简单的句子。
3. Emotional aims
通过学习英文歌曲,体会到学习英语的乐趣;
通过小组间良性竞争与合作,培养学生之间友好互助的精神。
(四)教学重难点
1. Key points
能够应用情态动词can引导的Or Questions,如:
—Can Ann dance or draw?
—She can dance.
能够用can/can’t表示能的有关程度,如:She can do it a little/very well.
能够熟练使用表达自我意愿的表达方式。
2. Difficult points
正确使用情态动词can引导的Or Questions。
二、教学方法的设计
根据新课标和仁爱英语教材的特点,主要采用任务型语言教学方法,学生主要采用合作学习方法来学习。除此之外还通过大小声读单词的游戏来巩固学生对新单词的掌握。
三、教学用具
这堂课我主要采用了单词卡片、多媒体课件来完成本堂课的教学目标。
四、教学程序
Step 1 greetings
Teacher and students greet each other.
(T: class begins!
Ss: Good morning,teacher!
T: Good morning, boys and girls! ...)
Step2 review
Teacher shows some pictures and Ss make the sentences with can or can’t.(individual work)
E.g. He/She can/ can’t do sth.
Step 3 presentation
1. Teacher shows the picture of a parrot and brings up the new words “smart” and “count”. Ss learn the words after the teacher.
2. Pre-listening questions:
(1) Can Polly speak English?
(2) Can Polly count one, two, three...?
3. Ss listen to conversation and answer the question. Then answer the teacher orally.
4. Ss listen again and then finish 1b. Then students check the answers in pairs.
5. Ss work in groups and act out 1a.
Step 4 consolidation
1.Ss work in pairs. Make up conversations with the following information.
Example:
A: Can Ann dance or draw?
B: She can dance. She can do it a little/very well.
A:What else can she do ?
B: ...
2. Ss show their conversations to the whole class in pairs.
3. T gives feed-backs on Ss’ conversations
Step5 singing
1.Listen and write the words you hear. Then make up a new song with your partners.
2.Ss learn the songs after the video.
3.Ss sing the song for the class.
Step 6 summary
We learn:
1. new words: smart, count
2. new phrases: a little, not … at all
3. new sentences:
what else can you do?
I’d like to take some flowers to the party.
We can: 1. use “can ” and “can’t” for ability
and inability.
2. use “or” questions.
(1)Can you count them for me?
(2)A: Can Ann dance or draw?
B: She can dance. She can do it a little/very well.
Step7 homework
1. Read 1a, and make up conversations with your classmates, using “can/can’t, or, very well/a little.”
2. Write an article, taking the following passage as an example.
Jack is my good friend. He can speak English very well, but he can’t sing English songs. He can speak Japanese, but he can’t speak it very well. He can speak Chinese a little, but he can’t cook at all.

六、本节课教学效果的预测:
本堂课优生能达到上述教学目标的要求。中等生能基本达到用can和can’t正确表达自己的思想。差生在在教学活动中掌握一些简单的单词和能跟唱简单的歌谣。
