 巴黎的米其林餐厅太多，喜欢这家，主要是因为它的环境，整体是美好年代的装饰风格，

在法国鬼才设计师打造下融入很多现代的元素，但依旧很优雅。

宽敞的大厅总共只有几桌，座位很舒适，不像其他米其林餐厅那么拥挤。

更重要的，它最初是英国人开设的酒店，沿袭传统，侍者的英语流利，也不似大多巴黎餐厅只提供法文菜单，

点菜交流顺畅，就餐的心情就会好很多。
