    Recently the news got round that the first billionaire, Chen Guangbiao, declared to donate all his money to charity, which surely surprised us. People are classified into two groups over this matter and I, who am one of the supporters, believe that it is obviously a positive deed.

    There are three reasons behind my attitude. First of all, it is not only the money he donated, but also the kind encouragement he gave to the poor that cheers them up. As is apparently shown, there are so many homeless people as well as disabled ones around us. What the society should give them is the due consideration and warmth, making them feel at home. And to some extent, it will cut down the rates of crimes committed.

    Next comes the word, charity. Charity is our own spiritual wealth that we cannot get from anywhere else, and only when we put our heart into it can we realize the true meaning of it. However much you give, you have learnt to share.

    Last but not least, what Chen did has obviously inspired those among us who never regard charity as important. What our society needs is a man with a combination of talent and moral character. There are also a great many others, like Wang Wanqing, who gave up the satisfying life in Shanghai to become a doctor in western part of China, helping the poor with their physical problems. They have taught us to drink a cup of water, to keep a bucket of it, and what’s more important, to share a river of it, which will encourage more citizens to spare no effort to work for charity.

With the rapid development of our society, people are naturally divided into two parts, the rich and the poor. May it be unfair but fortunately, now the rich are donating their wealth to help others as they can.

Just as Chen Guangbiao has always remarked: if you have a cup of water, you can drink. If you have a bucket, you can keep it, but when you have a river, you have to learn to share it. As the first billionaire in China to declare to donate all his money after his death, he not only demonstrated his famous saying by action but absolutely set a successful example of a generous man to the whole society. He just regards himself as a lucky man who owns a longer and wider river, because of which, he fills it with love and shares the water with anyone in need in order to spread the spirit of love. We may see he gives a lot but as he has told his sons, actually he gains much more in spirit. He receives the gratitude from the public and what’s more, enriches his inner world with broad love.

Ordinary people as we are, it is also not difficult for us to spread our love. Even a cup of water can give out drops. In fact, it is not the things we give but the love we spread that washes away sadness as well as desperation in people’s heart. Just remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snows lies the seed that with the sun's love, in the spring becomes the rose.

To share in the life

    When it comes to Chen Guangbiao, most people who know and admire him, considering him a great person, as he declared all his money would come to charity after his death. When he was interviewed, his answer, which was “when you have a river, you have to learn to share it”, shocked me a lot.

What is sharing? It likes the sun sharing the light to warm not only itself but also all the things on the earth. It likes the ocean sharing its water to water the flowers. It likes the trees giving fresh air to themselves and passers-by. Therefore, sharing something with others such as a wonderful thing can benefit others and ourselves.

If you share your happiness while others are sad, you may help them out of sadness and get a friend who considers you as his real friend. If you share your books to those who are too poor to buy one, you may help achieve a young kid’s dream which is hoping to have a book to read and you are likely to be excited about what you have done after receiving a thankful letter. What’s more, if you share your parents’ love and care to a homeless kid, you may warm his heart and light his hopes to life. As a result, you must be proud that you have saved a person who may have ever lost heart to life.

To sum up, as we know, life is just like a journey and we are all travelers. When you tell others the beautiful scenes you have seen, others will also share the interesting scenes you may have never seen in return. So don’t be unwilling to share your things with others any more, or an unimaginative gift will get away from you.

Shower the world with love

It is known that love is a river that drowns the tender reed, and as the first billionaire to declare all his money will go to charity after his death, Chen Guangbiao may be a perfect explanation for it.

As far as I’m concerned, I do appreciate Chen. Never in history have we seen such a sympathetic and selfless billionaire who devotes all his money to people in need. On hearing his story, the softest corner of my heart was deeply touched. “If you have a cup of water, you can drink it. If you have a bucket, you can keep it, but when you have a river, you have to learn to share it.” And armed with this motto, he managed to convey the full spiritual wealth to his sons. That’s what we can learn from.

It is self-evident that love is not the claim to fame but something linked to compassion and hope. Do you remember the typical picture of the Project Hope, a girl with big eyes doing homework in the gentle winter sunlight? We have starving people to feed, we have poor children to foster and so every contribution counts. The power of the combination of love can’t be underestimated. Reaching out our hands and offering help depending on our ability means giving the poor an equal right to smell the scent of hope and enjoy the blossom of vitality.

Some say love is a hunger, an endless, aching need. I say love is a flower and you are the only seed. The help from every individual is irreplaceable. Showering the world with love is the commitment we make to ourselves, as well as an inevitable path to a harmonious society.

Devote yourself to charity

Recently, the news came as a surprise that Chen Guangbiao, a billionaire, would leave all his money to charity. Definitely, it’s so unusual in our society that nearly everyone talks about the issue. As for me, I absolutely approve of Mr. Chen’s behavior.

As is known to all, with the rapid development of economy, more and more millionaires and billionaires have appeared in China, while many families still have to struggle to get out of hunger and poverty. Those rich men are addicted to spending their money pleasing themselves but care little about others. However, things are completely different in foreign countries. Billionaires abroad are willing to share their wealth. For instance, Bill Gates has set up a fund, and all his money will go to charity after his death. What a difference!

To be frank, our rich men disappoint me a lot. All of the phenomena plunge me into reflection. Why can we Chinese be so emotionless? People always waste their money for granted. Never can charity be taken into consideration when they use money. How disappointing! It’s time that we aroused our awareness of helping. As Mr. Chen said, “If you have a bucket, you can keep it, but when you have a river, you have to share it.” It’s a warm heart to help that really counts.

As is indicated by Mr. Chen’s action, we Chinese can also make a difference. That is, we ought to no longer use money for individual amusement but team up to spare no effort to help the poor. Should it come true, kindness and harmony would warm our society eventually.

It is said that Chen Guangbiao, the first billionaire in China, will donate all his money, about 2.8 billion Yuan, to charity after his death. Upon considering this, I absolutely approve of his decision for the reasons as follows.

The past several decades have eye witnessed how China has made its way to modernization and civilization. However, it is not an exaggeration that quantities of people still suffer from poverty while some people like Chen possess a great abundance of money. It being self-evident, the rich are supposed to share their wealth with the poor as a responsibility to the society. For example, Bill Gates, who used to be the richest man in the world, devotes most of his wealth to charity but leaves a small part to his children. What impresses me most is the spirit of sharing Chen and Gates convey, which is exactly what I place great emphasis on. Money-consuming as it may seem, what is really called for is the love for others.

Sharing does not mean losing your money. Quite the reverse, it is double the spiritual wealth that you will gain. Give away a rose and you will find your hands fragrant. If you can, try to learn to share. In this way, you will gain satisfaction and bathe in the sunshine as well.

Nowadays, many people work day and night，trying to make fortune and lead a comfortable life. As a result, people would not like to waste time caring about others, thus becoming more and more selfish. However, they have all been put to shame by Chen Guangbiao, who shares not only a great deal of his money but also his spiritual wealth with others.

As far as I’m concerned, it is Chen Guangbiao’s devotion that makes everyone in the world think about what we should do when we have the ability to help others. Of course we all know that when we die, we can not take the money or other things we have with us, so why don’t we use it to help those who need it?

Some people say that if they leave their wealth to their children, their children would not have to work so hard. But what I think is that everyone needs to make his living by using his own hands rather than get money from their parents. In addition, while taking care of your kids, are you concerned about the other kids who also need food, warmth and love?

Just as Chen Guangbiao says， “When you have a river, you have to learn to share it.” We are supposed to jump out of the world in which we regard ourselves as the center, and try to give our hands to the people who are in trouble.

In conclusion, it is our duty to help others by sharing them with our money or spiritual wealth and make the world a warmer place.

  I want to be a freeze, so that I can refresh your mind. I want to be a tree, so that I can have a shade to provide. I want to be a sun, so that I can brighten the world. I want to be a star, so that I can stay with you at your lonely night. Generally speaking, I want to share all my things even though I have only a few.

  As we all know, Chen Guangbiao is a billionaire in China. However, it came as a shock to learn that he declared all his money, about 2.8 billion Yuan, would go to charity after his death. Don’t you think he is admirable?

  Another person is also a good example——Cheng Long. He is extremely famous for his acting. Not only is he an actor, but also a person who devotes to charity. He has surely set up a good example for other people who have a lot of money.

  Both of them are my idols. It is their love that makes me feel that they should be admired. Were I them, I would do like them to enjoy the precious happiness while sharing. Thus I will build up my strength to earn a lot of money to help others. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

Life, a rich life and a colorful life, includes ups and downs, includes pain and gain, and includes getting and sharing. Love is to us what water is to fish, what matters most is our attitude, so everyone can contribute towards others as long as we want even a little, as the saying goes, together, individuals can make a difference. We should fill the world with love, but the only way is to share our love. At that time, we will lead a better life ——a fallen blossom is coming back to the branch.
