Black Swan

                                               Full many a glorious paints have I seen,
                                               A black swan lives in the nutcracker suite;
                                               Beauty as jet hidden behind the Bethnel green,
                                               Fancy a prince wears the yellow suede.

                                               Holding an arrow on a horse ride,
                                               So proud the prince win thy glory;
                                               Passing through a bush in the shade,
                                               See the swan singing a lullaby.

                                               Fair, kind and love, he’s swinging,
                                               Dare thou laughing at my dignity:
                                               Bring me joy and vanity, he’s asking,
                                               Exchange your velvet, this flattery?

                                               What’s more to speak, what’s new to sing?
                                               Suicide with her presence grace impiety.
