天津重钢机械装备股份有限公司是天津市高新技术企业和塘沽区科技创新示范企业，成立于2002年4月29日，2007年12月26日改制为股份有限公司，现注册资金7560万元，总资产3.0亿元，占地16.6万平方米，年生产能力达4万吨以上，除重机总厂以外，还拥有天津振汉机械装备有限公司、天津格林兰机械装备有限公司和天津市高强金属制品有限公司三家控股子公司，以及天津塘沽区现代钢构分厂。公司位居天津市滨海新区，坐落于塘沽海洋高新技术开发区厦门路139号，南北向各濒临京津高速公路1号线和2号线，距天津港10公里，生态环境优雅，地理位置优越，交通运输便利。

    公司是一家以生产非标机械装备和高端钢制品为主的高尖产品生产企业，主要产品有港口机械、矿山机械、造桥机械、索道设备等大型连续搬运装备以及起重机械、冶金设备、压力容器、环保设备和船舶舾装件等产品，产品出口到美国、德国、西班牙、日本、韩国等二十多个国家。

公司长期与日本、挪威、德国、瑞典、丹麦、美国、芬兰、加拿大等国知名企业和跨国公司合作，熟悉各国标准、规范和国际通用标准，获得了挪威DNV、加拿大CWB、德国DIN18800、ISO3834等国际质量体系认证，使用新工艺、新技术，能满足世界各国高端客户的特殊要求。

Tianjin Heavy steel Mechanical Equipment Co., LTD (Hereafter called “TZME”) is a High-tech company in Tianjin and business model of Science and Technology innovation in Tanggu. It was established in April 29, 2002 and was restructured to a joint-stock company in December 26, 2007. Its registered capital is 76,6million RMB, with total assets of 300 million RMB and coverage of 166 thousand square meters. TZME has advanced production equipments, strong technical force and large mechanized equipments and specialized production lines. The maximum crane capacity is 100 ton and its production capacity each year is more than 40,000 ton. In addition to the headquarter of TZME, we have another three shareholding subsidiaries—Tianjin Zhenhan Mechanical Equipment Co., LTD，Tianjin Greenland Mechanical Equipment Co., LTD and Tianjin High Strong Casting Co., LTD ，and another branch—Tianjin Tanggu MEC workshop. TZME is located in No.139 Xiamen Rd. Tanggu Marine High-Tech Development Area within Binhai New Area. To the north and south, it is close to the No.1 and No.2 superhighway of Jing-jin and 10km far away from the harbor so that the traffic condition is convenient for shipping.

TZME mainly produces Non-standard Mechanical Equipment and High quality steel structures, whose main products are harbor machines, mining equipments, bridge building machines, cableways, other large continuous material handling equipments, cranes, metallurgical equipments, pressure container, environmental protection equipments and ship outfit etc. Its products have been exporting to more than 20 countries, such as America, Germany, Spain, Japan and Korea.

TZME has the long term cooperation with many famous companies in Japan, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, America, Finland, Canada and etc. So that we are familiar with lots of international standards and specification and have ISO 9001 by DNV, certificate from CWB, DIN18800 certificate, ISO3834 ,and can satisfy the clients with our new procedure and techniques.

The company's engineering technology center was approved as a technology center by Tianjin Municipality, with a large number of technical talents who have good characters and are full of knowledge.
