2017年3月5日，农历二月初八，天水市近万人涌入秦州区娘娘坝镇李子园白音山祈福纳祥。同时白音寺院重建奠基仪式隆重举行，天水当地相关部门领导及文化旅游，影视导演，文史学者，各界企业家应邀参加。

白音山位于甘肃省天水市秦州区娘娘坝镇李子园上店子以南10公里的群山腹地处，是曲溪风景区白嘉河上游的最具有神奇传说的名山。山颠高处有奇型的“双乳峰”，与天子山对峙。白云山有清泉、奇石、也有洞穴、古刹、天然景观被誉为“西部蓬莱”。

白云寺 山以景冠，寺以山名。白音山上有一座年代久远的白云寺，它包抬天王宝殿、菩萨殿等。天王宝殿建在白音山最高处，横额上书“白云寺”三字。菩萨殿建在百丈崖上，殿内有白云菩萨、青衣娘子和灵芝仙姑三身塑像。另外，白音山上还有许仙台、仙蛇同和姊妹石等自然景观。在白音山下的白音村东，有一座白娘子庙。
