   2012年6月20日，娘娘坝“山里红”民谷艺术团小曲在陕西会馆精彩上演，此次由中共秦州区委宣传部、秦州区文化广播影视局主办，并由秦州区文化馆、秦州区广播电视台、中国移动天水分公司承办的主题为：“紧扣时代主旋律，贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众，体现鲜明的时代特征，体现新时期广大群众健康向上、热爱生活的良好精神风貌”的民俗文化演出，是为了活跃广大群众精神文化生活，挖掘我区传统艺术人才，弘扬民族艺术瑰宝，带动群众文化活动健康发展，给广大民间传统文化爱好者提供一个展示交流的平台，丰富伏羲文化旅游节期间全区文化活动。
