   数字电影《裱画师》由甘肃省国家一级导演王旻极编剧并执导，讲述了固守中国传统裱画技艺的裱画师石远秋与其青梅竹马的文化局女局长夏青等人在面对中国传统文化的传承与保护、中外文化的差异中所表现的不同立场，旨在表现中国传统文化的回归和中外文化的融合。
