    甘肃省天水市甘谷古坡风景区位于甘谷县南部藉河上游，总面积132.8平方公里。古坡河由西向东横贯全境，系秦岭山脉之余脉，最高海拔2716米，最低1760米，相对高差951米。为大陆性季风气候，年均气温7.4℃，年降水量600—700毫米，全年日照时数1600—1800小时，无霜期90—140天。 风景区以草原风景为主，草原面积占总面积的34.2%，并有石鼓山、黑潭寺、石门峰、龙台峰、花园崖、老虚崖等几十处景点。其中，位于朱圉山主峰之上海拔2625米的石鼓山，因郦道元《水经注》中有“有石鼓不击鸣，鸣则兵起”的记述，而备受史学家重视。建于元至正年间的黑潭寺，傍山取势、葱林环抱，寺潭相依，典雅之至。古坡景区内有14万亩的天然牧场，这里森林茂密，山甜草茂，物产丰富，牛羊满坡，是现代旅游“回归自然、享受自然”的理想胜地。
