Admittedly, watching a movie or reading a book is good way to relax. watching a movie and reading a book provide people not only an easy way to relax but also an quiet environment, which is beneficial for relaxation. You do not need to go out to watch a movie or read a book. You could stay at home, sit in your favorite chair or lie on the sofa comfortably. Through this peaceful activity, you could refresh your mind and reduce stress. In addition, when people watch a movie with a fascinating plot or read a book with interesting story, they will be concentrated on the contents and forget the troubles during the day. In this way, people remove the stress and achieve the relaxation.
However, doing physical exercise is better to relax, as it helps people gain access to a regulation way to body and mind against the intense working and studying stress. A long time work and study will cause our brain fatigue and a long time sitting in the office or classroom for a whole day also make people feel sore and ache all over. A simple exercise, such as walking for 20 minutes, will enable the movement of each part of the body, make muscle relax and relieve the fatigue.
