windows下使用python读取Excel表格，需要工具，找到了xlrd这个库，在windows下安装过程如下：

sheet.row_values(row)
print value
首先是下载地址：
这是现在的最新版本，支持的Python版本为2.6, 2.7,
3.2+，在下载页面选择xlrd-1.0.0.tar.gz 的source文件下载，不要下载whl文件（嗯，没弄明白whl文件做啥用的，有高手的话请指点）
然后，解压下载的安装包到目录
最后是用cmd，进入到安装包的根目录下，如cd
一大串目录\xlrd-1.0.0

运行完成后，可以在C盘创建一个test.xls文件，里面附上部分内容，然后用下列代码测试是否安装成功
