升秤

从11月15日接下来的13个月土星经行升秤。土星在此星座是曜升，意思就是说它在这个星座能发挥其最好的力量。

木星行经白羊，占据了7宫。这个火向星座的猛烈充满了温和的木星。木星和土星正好彼此对冲，这两个宫位都会因这两颗巨大的慢行星的联合力量而明亮。这股过量的行星能量使这两个宫位都准备转变。

上升星座掌管与出生有关的所有事。它代表财富、荣誉、地位和寿命。它代表人类的自我，还被拿来推测谋生的来源。一个人的声望和个性是由上升星座或者其主宰星的强度来决定的。

7宫是同XING关系、配偶和婚姻宫。它还掌管贸易、商业、合作关系、死亡、执政和职业。

土木联合能量使这所有的领域都很活跃，并会为这些方面带来转变。

由于自我和人际关系很突出；这暗示着新的关系要出现，旧的关系有可能就要消亡。如果行星周期运行良好，一段现存的情事就可能以婚姻为结束。在职业方面可能会发生变化——特别是如果有合作关系的那种。

Libra ascendant 

Saturn transits this ascendant from 15th November onwards for next thirty months. Saturn is exalted in this sign which simply means that he delivers his best results here. 

Jupiter transits Aries which occupies the seventh house. The benign nature of Jupiter gets imbued by the fierceness of this Martian sign. Jupiter and Saturn are exactly opposite each other and both houses are illuminated with the combined energies of two massive, slow moving planets. This overdose of planetary energies makes both houses ready for a change. 

The ascendant rules over everything pertaining to birth. It represents wealth, honor, status and life span. It stands for the self of human beings and is also used to determine the source of livelihood. One’s stature and personality are defined by the strength of ascendant and its ruling planet or lord. 

The seventh house is the house of hetero and same sex relationships, spouse and marriage. It also rules over trade, business, partnerships, death, ruling powers and profession. 

The combined energy of Jupiter and Saturn excites all these areas and has the potential to bring about changes there. 

Since, self and relationships are highlighted; it indicates a new relationship and/or a termination of an old one. If planetary period is favorable, an existing affair may end in marriage. Some changes in profession are likely – especially if a partnership in involved. 

Jupiter and Saturn also together illuminate Sagittarius which occupies the third house. This is the house which rules over self confidence, communication, leadership, strength of arms, brothers, friends and ears. Don’t be surprised if relationship with siblings and friends goes through a change. Ear related complications may bother you. 

Libra Rashi or Moon in Libra 

Saturn is passing through lunar ascendant and this causes strained relations with extended family, financial drain and false accusations. Weigh the prose and cons of every word that you utter and every decision that you make. Emotional decisions will cost you dearly.
