微软亚洲研究院“明日之星”实习生项目

微软亚洲研究院是微软公司在美国本土之外最大的基础科研机构，被美国著名技术杂志MIT《Technology Review》誉为“世界上最火的计算机实验室”。自1998年成立以来，微软亚洲研究院启动了面向亚太区高校博士生、硕士生和优秀本科生的“明日之星”实习生项目，该项目由研究院和国内外高校共同执行，旨在培养高素质的计算机基础研究人才。实习生进入微软亚洲研究院后深入到每个研究小组进行为期三个月或更长时间的实习。截止至2011年9月，已有4000名来自亚太区高校的学生到微软亚洲研究院实习，平均每年有400个实习机会开放给所有的学生。

高校关系组（1）

Required Qualifications:

• Good programming skills (C#, C++) are required.
• Experienced in Kinect application development is good plus.
• Knowledge in computer graphics is good plus.
• Experienced in OpenGL, 3D modeling is good plus.
• Good communication skill and excellent teamwork.
• Highly-motivated, with proven coding and debugging abilities;
• Passionate, persistent, but disciplined about pursuing quality;
• Good reading and written English;
• Can commit at least 3 months internship. Can get advisor’s written approval. 

高校关系组（2）

Required Qualifications:

• Good programming skills (C#, Asp.Net, Ajax)
• Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and SQL is required. Have background and experience on web development
• Experienced in text information retrieval is preferred;
• Passion for UI design, experiences in a full web site product cycle is preferred.
• Good communication skill and excellent teamwork.
• Highly-motivated, with proven coding and debugging abilities;
• Passionate, persistent, but disciplined about pursuing quality;
• Good reading and written English;
• Can commit at least 3 months internship. Can get advisor’s written approval.

高校关系组（3）

Required Qualifications:

• Abundant student activity organization experience;
• Can write fluently both in Chinese and English;
• Good communication skill and solve problem skill;
• Good attitude on daily work; cautious, passionate;
• Microsoft Technology Club officer will be a plus;
• Familiar with MSTC operational handbook will be a plus;
• Computer Science related major will be a plus;
• Can work at least 6 months from January 2012(with your supervisor's approval)

创新工程中心

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science or any related technical field and possess the following skills;
• Win32 GUI programming (e.g. familiar with Message Loop, GDI, etc.)
• Has solid C++ background; should be familiar with STL and TR1 libraries. (Knowing Boost libraries would be a big plus)
• Being familiar with low-level memory operations with C/C++ is a plus
• Has strong ability to learn and investigate new approaches.
• Understands the importance of clean, readable and maintainable code.
• Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

软件分析组实习生

Required Qualifications:

·         Common requirements

a. Good reading, written, and oral English;

b. Good communication skills and excellent teamwork.

c. Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

·         Requirements to the candidates on Focus 1 and 2 (3 interns needed)

a. BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or any related technical field and possess the following skills;

b. Background in machine learning (clustering, learning, classification)

c. Good programming skills or have related project experience;

d. Solid mathematics (linear algebra, optimization, statistics)

·         Requirements to the candidates on Focus 3 (1 intern needed)

a. BS/MS in interactive design or any related field;

b. Strong in interactive or graphical design;

c. Be creative to come up with new designs.

人机交互组实习生

Required Qualifications:

·         For Computer Scientists and related engineering and social science disciplines, we favor current PhD students, but will also consider strong Masters degree candidates.

·         Looking specifically for expertise in the following research areas (but always open to consider others): Human-Computer Interaction in general, mobile computing, hardware, haptics, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, etc.

·         For Designers, looking for independent undergraduate or Masters students with strong background and portfolio.

·         Reasonably proficient in English, bonus if proficient in Mandarin too

互联网工程院实习生

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master, PhD) in data mining, computer sciences, statistics, machine learning, mathematics, or related fields
• Strong knowledge in areas such as statistics, data analysis, data mining, web mining, machine learning, informational retrieval, and database.
• Good programming skills or have related project experience (e.g. SQL/C#/C++)
• Good reading, written, and oral English;
• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork.
• Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

申请条件：

• 在校的本科生，硕士研究生或者博士研究生
• 计算机、自动化、电子信息科学或数学物理相关学科的学生优先考虑
• 具有良好的理论基础，良好的编程能力
• 对技术研发有浓厚兴趣，有远大的抱负
• 良好的英文读写能力
• 良好的团队合作精神
• 充足的时间：大多数实习需持续3～6个月，每周保证3-5个工作日
• 能够获得学校导师的书面同意，并有始有终地完成实习项目
