微软亚洲研究院“明日之星”实习生项目

　　微软亚洲研究院是微软公司在美国本土之外最大的基础科研机构，被美国著名技术杂志MIT《Technology Review》誉为“世界上最火的计算机实验室”。自1998年成立以来，微软亚洲研究院启动了面向亚太区高校博士生、硕士生和优秀本科生的“明日之星”实习生项目，该项目由研究院和国内外高校共同执行，旨在培养高素质的计算机基础研究人才。实习生进入微软亚洲研究院后深入到每个研究小组进行为期三个月或更长时间的实习。截止至2010年10月，已有3500名来自亚太区高校的学生到微软亚洲研究院实习，平均每年有400个实习机会开放给所有的学生。

　　互联网搜索与挖掘组（Internet Advertising Team）

　　Required Qualifications:

• MS/PhD candidates in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or any related technical fields;
• Good coding skills in C/C++/C#/SQL or have related project experience;
• Good mathematics background in linear algebra, optimization, probability, and statistics;
• Good knowledge base in machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval;
• Good English skills in reading, writing, and speaking;
• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork spirit;
• Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

　　高校关系组人力资源实习生

　　Required Qualifications:

• Abundant student activity organization experience;
• Can write both in Chinese and English fluently;
• Good communication skill and solve problem skill;
• Good attitude on daily work; cautious, passionate.
• Human Resource related major will be preferred;
• Start from September and can commit at least 6 months as fulltime internship

　　高校关系组学生技术俱乐部项目实习生

　　Required Qualifications:

• Abundant student activity organization experience;
• Can write both in Chinese and English fluently;
• Good communication skill and solve problem skill;
• Good attitude on daily work; cautious, passionate;
• Computer Science related major will be a plus;
• Microsoft Technology Club member will be a plus;
• Can work at least 6 months from mid-August 2011(with your supervisor's approval)

　　网络图形组实习生

　　Required Qualifications:

• MS/PhD in Computer Science or any related technical field and possess following skills;
• Experience in geometry processing and computational geometry
• Solid mathematics (linear algebra, numerical optimization)
• Good programming skills or have related project experience;
• Good reading, written, and oral English;
• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork.
• Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

　　网络多媒体组三维空间深度测量实习生

　　Required Qualifications:

• MS/PhD in related technical field and possess the following skills;
• Background in three dimensional range/shape measurements; three dimension reconstruction;
• Background in optics, digital speckle, or structured light techniques is a plus;
• Good programming skills or have related project experience;
• Good reading, written, and oral English;
• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork.
• Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

　　创新工程中心技术实习生

　　Required Qualifications:

• Major in Computer Science/EE/Languages
• Proficiency in C++/C# is required for a development or a test automation position
• Proven skills of JavaScript/JQuery/CSS is required for a web development position
• Solid knowledge in database is needed for a database administration position
• Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and capable of responding to end-users’ requests for help on behalf of project team for an editor position
• Strong analytical capability
• Good reading, written, and oral English
• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork
• Can commit at least 3 months internship

　　硬件计算组实习生

　　Required Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences Background
• Skilled FPGA logics and testbench development with the Verilog HDL
• Proficient at programming in C
• Hands-on experience at various lab equipment
• Excellent communication skill and able to working at a strong teamwork environment
• Experience in high-speed data path optimization at microarchitecture is considered a plus
• Low-level device driver programming experience is a plus
• Board-level verification experience is a plus
• Experience at System C is a plus
• Requires your advisor’s approval and can commit at least 6 months as fulltime internship

　　搜索技术中心Data Mining实习生

　　Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master, PhD) in data mining, computer sciences, statistics, machine learning, mathematics, or related fields
• Strong knowledge in areas such as statistics, data analysis, data mining, web mining, machine learning, informational retrieval, and database.
• Good programming skills or have related project experience (e.g. SQL/C#/C++)
• Good reading, written, and oral English;
• Good communication skills and excellent teamwork.
• Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.

　　申请条件：

• 在校的本科生，硕士研究生或者博士研究生
• 计算机、自动化、电子信息科学或数学物理相关学科的学生优先考虑
• 具有良好的理论基础，良好的编程能力
• 对技术研发有浓厚兴趣，有远大的抱负
• 良好的英文读写能力
• 良好的团队合作精神
• 充足的时间：大多数实习需持续3～6个月，每周保证3-5个工作日
• 能够获得学校导师的书面同意，并有始有终地完成实习项目
