    Your application is 'on time' if your Candidate Statement (the essays and short answers that make up Part Two of the application) is postmarked or submitted electronically by the deadline of January 15th.  Please note-- we do not stipulate that test scores and recommendations must

    用中文来讲，也就是在截止期前将第二部分的essay和short answer （还应该包括第一部分的application information) 通过online 发出或截止期前的邮戳寄出即可。不要求在截止期前将考试成绩和推荐信寄到。
