下面是一位博友的来信：一位男士他说是美国人，在LAGOS, NIGERIA 出差。交流了几次，感觉还不错，但有点假，总觉得哪里不对劲，又说不出具体 是什么。 他想在一月底来国内，并EMAIL 了BOOK的机票。 却告知因为身上钱不够，要我帮他一部分叫 BTA，到机场回退回来。 我拒绝了他，觉得如果让你出钱的，肯定是骗子。 但他说没有骗我，让我亲自去查, 我最终仍然决定不会去帮他。他愿意来，欢迎，但是请自己准备足额机票及费用，不来，拉到。 我只是想请教一下，老外来中国，一定要 需要 BTA ，这是真是假？      BTA FEE is the Basic Travelling Allowance fee for travellers and especially i am a stranger in china, its not gonna be collected but you just have to hold it on you incase of any emergency or unforseen circumstances.

The issue i am having at the moment is that i dont have such amount of money on me now as i just finished up a project here which you are aware honey. i have $5,500 at the moment so i wouldnt know how much you will be able to help me with but i will return the bta fee to you immediately at the airport on my arrival to shenzen so be free with that. Honey i need just $3737 to balance up the agent cuz i have given him $5,500 already after he booked the airline. please let me know how much you will be able to help me with as i still have some items i can put up for sale here like my laptop and a wrist watch too.
