等待国际包裹是一个挺漫长的过程,很多朋友想知道自己的包裹是通过比较快速的航空运输还是通过海上运输来进行的。特别是当包裹比较慢,甚至一个多月都没有达到的时候,很多人就会怀疑自己的包裹是不是通过海运来进行派送的呢。下面是trackingmore为你整理的信息。
我们以DHL为例进行说明:
DHL的包裹类型主要分为3种
1. express
(价格最贵,速度最快,3天左右就可以收货),这个毫无疑问,肯定是通过空运进行运输的,3天左右妥投,没有什么可以怀疑的。
2. Premium和Economy,
即优先包和经济包。这种相对便宜,区别在于,当包裹在机场出现排队状况(即爆仓位),优先包(Premium)可以享有优先上飞机的权利,理论上会比经济包(Economy)快2-4天。
但是从经验来看,这两种包裹的区别不是很大(丢失的话,两种都包含最高500欧元的保险;速度的话,Economy也有5天就收货的,而Premium包裹也会出现2、3个月才收到的情况),所以如果DHL的部分包裹采用海运的话,这部分包裹的嫌疑比较大。对于这一点,欧洲GO的工作人员联系了DHL的负责人,并要求给出书面证明包裹均使用航空运输。
下面为发给DHL的质疑邮件内容:

A lot of Chinese customers have chosen DHL delivery services
because DHL gain pretty good word of month in some popular
logistics internet forum in China.
It is a prestige brand name in the heart of Chinese citizens.
Recently, however, a customer, Zhang **, whose tracking number is
01 XXXXXXX, post a message “Does DHL use marine shipment instead of
air post so as to reduce cost?”that arouse much concern around the
China logistics market.
According to Zhang XXXXX, the delivery time recently
(November,December2012 and the January2013) is
longer than the normal standard time.
She raised a concern in the Logistic forum that we, Eurgo, and
also DHL use ships in replacement of aero-planes in order to lower
the cost. He points out that in the Produkt/Service Catalogy: the
WELTPAKET Economy, Economy (Int) (China) has changed to Paket ins
Ausland (China) , only the parcels under Premium services are
delivered by air because it has the word
“Luftpost”.
I have attached the related pictures on the internet forum. We
need your clarification: 1) in the service column displayed in the
internet, can you please clearly mention to the customers that it
is “Premium” or “Economy ”, “Airpost” or “Marine”, rather than
ambiguously “Paket ins Ausland”? 2) Can you please issue a formal
notice to our customers that the contract Eurgo Handels GmbH with
DHL is supposed to send the Parcels by air, Not via the sea?

对于这封邮件,DHL负责人的答复是:最近不管是优先包裹还是经济包裹都是很慢!对于DHL大客户包裹,他们使用的都是空运!这个可以百分百保证!
而对于我们提出的,需要确认包裹是空运的证明,DHL负责人告诉我们:他们不会给这个证明,因为全世界都知道他们使用的是空运!
而且他们能保证大客户包裹都是空运!
综上,DHL还是不会告诉客户包裹是采用的航空运输还是海上运输,大家需要自行判断了,但是如果你的包裹状态信息中有显示抵达某某机场,那就肯定是采用航空运输了。当然不一定航空运输就特别快,如果出现航班不够用,或者海关问题,都会严重的影响到包裹的时效。
