8. 18  I went to my mother’s office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They must get up early. So I know hey are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I should help them. Although I can’t do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family members. In the future, I will take a job and work.

8.20 Today the weather is so beautiful! I’m gone to par with my friends. When we get park .we see some  people played football. They look like very happy. But I though it's so boring! Then, we went to swimming pool. We were playing in swimming pool.We fell very happy! 

8.22  It was very hot today. I got up early and helped myparents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. I did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the internet and listened to music in the evening. I really had a wonderful day today.

8.24  On today morning, I stayed at home and did myhomework. The homework wasn’t difficult. After that played volleyball with my friends. It was tired, butvery exciting. In the afternoon, I cooked dinner for my parents. It was a little difficult, I think. After dinner, I went to swim in the river. I can swim very well. I had a relaxing day.

8.26.  Today, the weather does not alternate very much. I and the schoolmate go out to picnic together! We have been arriving at Shan Shang; the gentle breeze has been boasting lightly, have been feeling comfortable extremely! We have brought a good deal food and drink along! We eat as well as chatting, have a good time!

Today, finally, I can swim! I was so happy! I have swimming lessons three times a week, and now, I did it, I did it!





However, twenty days had passed, I have only finished half of my homework. My mum told me to finish it in July. I must work hard in the next ten days, or I can’t play in August.





July 21st      Thursday     sunny





Today I went to a little bookstore to read some books. It was near my home. It was small but clean. There were many different kinds of books. I’d like novels. They were interesting. There were many seats in it. It also offered coffee. You can sit down and have a cup of coffee. I like the little bookstore, and I love reading books!





July 22nd      Friday     sunny





Today I have swum for 2 hours, as a result, my arms ached. I must take a rest. I hope I will be fine tomorrow.





    Will I was practicing guitar, one of the six strings broke. It is the thinnest string. I had never broken a string, so I was kinda afraid. But my teacher was glad to see it, he said that it meant I practiced a lot.





July 23rd     Saturday     sunny





I went a KTV with my mom, my aunt and my cousin. We drove there. The KTV is big and clean. It also had elevator and air-conditioners in it. It only costs 18 yuan for 3 hours. I like English pop songs. My cousin, Tom, prefers Chinese pop songs. My aunt likes slow songs. And my mom is fond of country music. We chose many songs. We had a good time there.

It was so hot!!! I can’t bear it, but l had two lessons in the afternoon! And my father was at work, so he can’t drive me to have my flute lesson and my swimming lesson. I had to go there by motorcycle. When I got there, I was sweating and tired. To make it even worse, the lift didn’t work. I had to walk to the fifth floor, and walk back after class. What a terrible day!

Have you ever seen the movie Alice In Wonderland? It was such a good movie that I watched it again and again. From Alice, I leant friendship, spirit and braveness. She became a great girl who was full of talent and braveness. She slew the Jabberwocky and save the underland. She refused to stay in underland as a hero and came back to the real world and travelled to China. She is absolutely my idol.

Are you interested in history? I wasn’t, but after I read the book about Ming Dynasty, I fell in love with this Dynasty which has over 200 years’ history. The writer is fantastic! He turned boring history into interesting stories. Reading it is a kind of relax. It’s like that you are reading a novel. 





No one can hold back the wheel of history.

Today I felt sick. I got up in the morning, and found that I had a stomachache. That was terrible! I had to cancel my guitar lesson. I stayed in bed whole morning. As soon as I feel better, I got up and began writing homework. That is terrible! I wish I can be healthy all the time.

Today I went to my grandparents’ house and played with them. I also planned to stay there for two days. Now, there are many old people. Some of them are very lonely. Their children and grandchildren refused to visit them for different reasons. I am glad that my grandparents are having a good life. As granddaughter, I often visit them, though I am busy with study. They are always happy to see me.

Time passed so quickly! Almost half of the summer vacation has passed~! Tomorrow I will go back to school for a while. It will be pretty hot, but I can meet my classmates which I haven’t met for a month. I’m excited. And I am wondering whether there will be a new student.





Also, I have a plan for August. I’m sure the rest of the holidays will be very interesting.

This morning I went back to school. It was very hot and everyone was unhappy to went back to school in this terrible weather. We spent nearly an hour to chat and listen to our teacher introduce the safety rules. Then I got home, had an ice drink and then went to have my flute lesson.





This is summer!





Aug.1st      Monday     sunny





I went to a park with my mom, my aunt and my cousin. We walked there with two food sacks. The park is big and clean. There was a pond and several benches in it. We had a picnic there. I like cakes and fried rice. My cousin, Tom, prefers pizza and hot dogs. My aunt likes biscuits. And my mom loves bread. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

This morning I went to have my flute lesson. Our teacher put it off. It was rainy and cold. Everyone hates this terrible weather. We sat down, took out our flutes and then began complaining about this awful weather. Then the teacher came in and he was all wet. He ride a motorcycle and forgot to take his raincoat. Poor teacher!

Are you interested in teleplay? Now the most popular teleplays are from America, Korea, Japan, and also, China. Different people have different choices. As for me, my favourite is American teleplay. This summer, I have already watched Hannah Montana, Gossip Girl and The Big Bang Theory. As you can see, I am really fond of it. However, I even learn something by watching it—English. That’s a good excuse.

Tomorrow I will go back to school! Time passed so quickly! After the whole summer vacation, it is time to check our homework and stop playing. The new term is coming! It will be pretty hot and according to my experiences, I must be tired at the first day. Slept too much while holidays is not a good habit, but I just did it.
