九年级英语Unit4第一课时课堂实录

T: Good morning ,class ! My name is Zhang Jing. I come from Zhicheng Town. Do you know Zhicheng?

Ss :Yes.

T: Ok. This class, I will be your new teacher. You can call me Ms Zhang.OK. Now, Let’s begin our calss.

Ss: Good morning, Ms. Zhang.

T: Good morning, class. Nice to meet you!

Ss: Nice to meet you ,too.

T: I’m very happy to give you a lesson .Today , we’ll learn UNIT4 What would you do if you had a million dollars?(Show students one yuan.)【用真实的条件状语从句引出虚拟条件句。更自然也更容易让学生理解。】

T: What will you do if you have one yuan?(板书此句在黑板上,并用红色粉笔标出will have)

S1: I will buy a pen.

S2: I will buy some snacks.(板书在黑板上,并用红笔标出will)【红笔标出的目的是为了让学生们加深印象】

T: What will you do if you have ten yuan?( Show students ten yuan)

S3: I will buy a notebook.

S4: I will buy a pencil case.

T: Do you know this?(Show a lottery to the students).Have you bought it(此处应该用one ,不能用it.因为指的是上文出现的同类事物,并非原物。)

Ss:NO.

T:I bought it yesterday.I know the first price is five million dollars.I want to win the lottery. I want to be a millionaire. Do you want to win the lottery?【此处用彩票引出五百万美元,目的一是为生动形象,调动学生们学习的兴趣,二是为了让学生们掌握lottery这个单词,这个单词在一般的阅读理解中出现的频率是相当高的。】

Ss: Yes.

T: Then, What would you do if you had five million dollars? (一边问学生们,一边板书此句。同时用红色粉笔标出单词would had.)

T: If I had five million dollars, I would travel around the world with my family. What’s your dream? What would you do if you had five million dollars?(板书时,用红色粉笔把had 标出来。)Just think it and tell us.

S5: I would put it in the bank.

T: Very good idea. Then you can watch it grow. Anything else?(学生们表现得有些沉闷。思路没有打开,根据这种情况,我给学生时间让学生们两人一组进行小组练习。) Ok, now ,I will give you two minutes to practice it in pairs.

(Students practice in pairs. The teacher go around the classroom and help the students.)

T: Which pair can tell us your dream?

Pair1: A:What would you do if you had five million dollars?

     B: I would travel around the world.

T: Just like me.Ok ,very good.I hope you can have some other ideas. You can open up your mind.We can do many things.

Pair2: A:What would you do if you had five million dollars?

     B: I would buy a big house for my family.

Pair3 A:What would you do if you had five million dollars?

     B: I would give it to charity.

T: Then open your books and turn to page 26.Let’s finish task one.

T: What would you do if you had five million dollars?【在课堂上,学生们有些紧张,思路显得不够开阔。这时候,我就用教材中的第一个任务采取头脑风暴的方式来帮助学生们集思广益,打开思维的空间。】

Ss: give it to charity, put it in the bank,buy a big house, buy a car,travel around the world…

T:Now let’s see 1b,maybe they’ll have new ideas.( let’s the students finish the task in 1b.)

T: What would the girl do if she had five million dollars?(在提问的时候加重语气,强调the girl 和从句中的she.)

Ss:She would buy a big house. What about the boy?

T: He would go to the zoo.\He would help the zoo. OK, what about next person?

Ss:She would give money to medical research.

T: And the last one?

Ss:He would put it in the bank..

(play the tape.)

T:Have you got the answers?

Ss: Yes.

(check the answers together.)

T:You did a very good job.Now ,let’s play a short game.Let’s make a story.

T:If I had five million dollars,I would __________. This is the beginning of the story. And the second student can begin with the thing that the first student would do.(给学生一个例子,可以使学生们更容易地理解,也更容易操作。)You should work in fours. Take out a piece of paper, and write your story.Now, Lets’begin.

【这个小游戏可能在具体操作过程中有些学生并不是非常清楚,老师走到学生们中间去看看各个小组的实际情况,对个别不清楚游戏规则的小组可以进行个别指导。】

【在学生准备小故事的过程中,我发现了两个问题:一是确实有个别小组没有理解我所解释的游戏规则,其二是有的同学在编写故事的过程中动词时态使用有误。这些老师在教室里走动的时候都可以帮助学生适当地指出来。】

(Five minutes to say and write down the story.)

T:OK.Stop.which group can give us your story?

Group1: If I had five million dollars,I would buy a big house.

If I bought a big house ,I would give it to my parents.

If I gave it to my parents,I would make my parents happy.

If I made my parents happy ,I would be happy,too.

T: Great!He is a really good son.(students clap for him.).OK,next group?

Group2: If I had five million dollars,I would travel around the world..

If I travelled around the world ,I would go shopping.

If I went shopping,I would buy clothes.

If I bought clothes ,I would be very happy.

Group3: If I had five million dollars,I would put it in the bank.

If I put it in the bank ,I would get a lot of money.

If I had a lot of money ,I would buy a lot of books.

If I bought a lot of money, I would be happy.

T:Ok.We all did a very good job.But,there is a short mistake in it.Can you point it out?

Ss:Yes. If I (一般过去式)…, I would….(板书到黑板上,强调虚拟条件句和真实条件句的时态不同。)

T:Now,here’s a boy named Larry. He is very nervous.But do you know why? Let’s listen and find out the reasons.(Listen and do exercise in 2a)

(Check the answers together.)

T:Whose answers is right? Put up your hands. And let’s listen again .check the answers in 2a and do exercises in 2b.

Ss:The answer is 1,2,4,5.

T:I have a question to ask you. There is a difference between the sentences and those in the past. Can you find it out?

T:Let’s read the sentences again and find it together.

Ss:Oh,I See. If I were you. .WERE.

T:Oh.You are so clever. Here,we use were to express it is impossible.So pay attention to the WERE.

T:Now, let’s read the listening materials.While you are reading,you can think “if you were Larry’s sister,what would you do to help Larry?

(give students 2 minutes to read the listening materials and think.)(此时,把Larry遇到的三个问题板书到黑板上。)

(让学生们跟读之后再对话。)【对听力材料的处理,我采取了听前准备,听后重建的方式。听前让学生预读所要听的材料,听后根据本单元的重点句型,让学生重新编造对话。这样,可以帮学生们打开思路。】

T:Now here are Larry’s problems ,if you were Larry’sister,what would you do? Can you give him some more good advice?

(give students 1 minutes to practice it.)

Ss:If I were Larry’s sister, I would tell him to take a suit.

Ss: If I were Larry’s sister, I would wear jeans.

Ss: If I were Larry’s sister, I would take a pen.

T: You are so clever.Here is the homework for you.I know that maybe you are not satisfied with the school.now,you’ll have the chance to say it out. Write an article If I were the headmaster…

T:OK.Class is over. Thank you for your co-opoeration.【小作文的安排为开放性的。根据学生们的实际水平,如果学生们可以当堂完成,我会让学生们把作文读一读,和大家一起分享。本节课由于时间和学生们的能力问题,所以我布置成了课后作业。】

【课后反思:】

本节课是本单元的第一课时,本节课的主要任务就是让学生们理解并掌握简单的虚拟条件句。整节课学生们能按照我的教学设计,循序渐进,一步一步突破重难点。从课堂的反馈上来看,学生们掌握的情况还是比较好的。另外,根据学生们在刚开始上课时候的表现,我及时调整了自己的课堂安排。比如,本来我安排的小故事是竖排进行的。根据学生的座位,以及课堂上学生的能力,及时做了调整,采取了四人一组的方式,这样小组之间可以互相帮助。不会的人可以向别人请教。从小组的反馈来看,效果还是不错的。

这次到下冶二中上课,我的感触也是蛮深的。首先,我感到学生非常富有活力,无论的课前一支歌,还是在操场上一个个的响亮的口号,以及课堂上积极主动的发言,都给我留下了很深的印象。这里是山里的孩子,这里的孩子没有城里小孩子的娇生惯养,从他们身上我看到的只有无穷的力量和自信。

       下课后,我随口问了一句,“听懂了没有?”不少学生说,“老师,我们听懂了。”其中有一个男生大声地说,“老师,你知道吗?我们班的英语成绩很差。”我说,“是吗?从你们课堂上的反应来看,你们都相当聪明,只要努力学习,成绩一定不会差的。现在,李继红老师带你们英语,你们的成绩当然能进步更大了。”好多同学回答,“是啊,我们一定能考好的。”

无论课上还是课下,都能看出这群山里孩子对知识和成绩的渴望。回去我一定给我的学生好好讲讲活力和动力,让我的孩子们也能如这般对学习充满热情。
