这款中式院落别墅为长方形的地形，业主不需要太多卧室，重在追求居住的舒适度。

中间大门进去就是堂屋，业主对中式堂屋的布置非常慎重，效果极为庄严。
这款中式一层两进式院落别墅实际建成照片与设计效果图有些不同，业主做了部分修改。
比如，实际木凉亭旁及水池景观要比效果图丰富有细节得多。
