艾里亚斯·詹姆斯·科里Elias James Corey（1928年7月- ），是美国著名有机化学家，有机合成化学领域的一代宗师，也是一个备受争议的人物。1990年诺贝尔化学奖得主，得奖原因是“开发了计算机辅助有机合成的理论和方法”。

学术贡献：有机合成化学的宗师级人物。在有机合成发展史上，被公认为伍德沃德概念上的学术接班人。他的鼎盛时期被称为有机合成史上的“科里时代”。他的最大贡献在于将“伍德沃德创立的合成艺术变为合成科学”，首先提出了系统化的逆合成概念，使得合成设计变成一门可以学习的科学，而不是带有个人色彩的绝学。

科里也是一个富有创造性的学者，发明了许许多多的试剂和方法（据统计有50种以上的重要试剂和合成方法）。很多方法已经成为现代有机合成的惯用方法。
