这是我收到的第一封外国人写的骗钱信，想要骗我185.34英镑的所谓“担保费”（或者是“保管费”？），太搞笑了。

不过看来外国骗子比中国骗子敬业多了，毕竟人家编造了这么个理由还写了这么长的一封信。
