Laurence J. Kotlikoff，美国人，1951年生，1973年获得宾夕法尼亚大学经济学学士，1977年获得哈佛大学经济学博士。

1977-80年他在加州大学洛杉矶分校做博士后，1980-84年他在耶鲁大学经济系任教，担任助理教授、副教授。1984-2008年他一直在波士顿大学经济系担任正教授，2009年至今他是波士顿大学的校级杰出讲座教授（William Fairfield Warren Professor of Boston University）。

他1992年当选经济计量学会的会士。

2005年当选美国人文和科学学院院士。
