Frederic S.
Mishkin，1949年生，美国人，1973年获得MIT经济学学士，毕业时获得Phi Beta
Kappa荣誉称号。期间1971-72年他在牛津大学Balliol
College学习经济学，1976年他获得MIT经济学博士。
