忧伤时，把自己泡在浴室。
看流水从镜面上滑下来。似一条条的光阴，有痕，无迹。
生活平顺，人俗事杂，却是禅机处处。

宣鉴禅师到沩山，夹复子于法堂上，从东到西，从西到东，顾视云：无！无！无！便出。

明明有佛，有僧，有岁月流淌，他却视而不见。
不见。不见。若果是好修为，不见便是真不见。

狂颠是佛，若那亦是佛。佛面人心。人面佛心。
一机一境。一言一句。全在灵光一悟。

流年便是年月，不长不短。
时间过的自是滋润，却不问其他物质滋润否。
时间是流动的死，生命却是死的流动。总不合拍。

站在篷头下，看热水覆身而下，复又想起那唱腔。
而此时我想起的词儿却是：
谁看得透干净邋遢？谁出神后入化？散发弄舟再出发，既是离家也回家。
旧人面，新桃花，有谁要牵挂……
