无锡市惠山区长安街道成立于2006年4月，是惠山区第一个街道，位于无锡市中心北部，与江阴毗邻，是惠山区政府和惠山经济开发区（省级开发区）所在地。街道幅员面积33平方公里，管理人口69296人，其中常住人口38101人，流动、暂住人口31195人。街道下辖新惠、金惠、长宁、惠城、堰新、长乐六个社区以及张村、古庄二个留村建居的社区。

    走在长安老街上，宁静安逸，绿树茵茵，只是老屋全无，全是七八十年代的房子，这样的地方居然金屋藏娇，有些老建深藏巷中，被我这淘宝人淘了出来。
