在工作中经常要写商业计划书，没想到生孩子也要写分娩计划书(birth plan)。通过上产前准备课，详细了解荷兰各种医疗选择和各自利弊后，可以根据下面的计划书样本和老公写好草稿，然后在37周左右和midwife讨论达成共识。

 

注意事项

 

• 以下只是一个分娩计划书的样本，根据你个人的偏好和要求修改。
• 最好随身多带一份复印件，万一在生娩的时候你的产婆遗忘带去医院。
• 把不需要或者不相关的删去，总而言之，越简洁明了越好。
• 分娩计划书（Birth plan）记录了你的偏好和要求，但是不要把它作为死标准，在实际分娩过程中，可能有其他医疗需要，那就相信医护人员会给你当时最合适的处理。The birth plan is an ideal way to communicate your preferences with your caretaker in your pregnancy. So you can fully focus on the amazing process of birthing the baby when the time is there. Just use it as a guide line, and realize that things can happen beyond your control, with or without a birth plan.

not to get oxytocin (Pitocin) after I deliver the placenta unless it's

necessary

to wait until the umbilical cord stops pulsating before it's clamped and cut

my partner to cut the umbilical cord

 

6）C-section ( 如果是刨腹产，你是否要求伴侣在场等）

If I have a c-section, I'd like:

my partner present at all times during the operation

the screen lowered a bit so I can see my baby being delivered

the baby to be given to my partner as soon as he's dried, if appropriate

to breastfeed my baby in the recovery room

 

7）Cord blood banking (是否要求储存脐带血）

I'm planning to:

donate cord blood to a public bank

8）Placenta （胎盘处理方式）

I would like to take the placenta home (in a plastic box that I will bring with me).

 

9）Baby （宝宝的护理方式）

I would like to have the baby on my chest and latch on without intervention of nurses or midwives for standard things like weight and temperature unless there is a medical reason for at least the  first hour.

In case of C- section I would like to be reunited with my baby as soon as possible, even if I am still in the recovery room.

In case of C-section Daddy wants to cuddle his baby as soon as possible, preferably skin to skin.

I plan to:
