产后坐月子是陋习吗?

近年来,以“鞋教”主要负责人为首的几个人,尽管无任何医学背景,但这并不影响哥们儿批判中国女性产后“坐月了”是陋习的热情。

事实果真如此吗?

现在,我请这几个“缝中(国)必反(对)、唯美(国)是真(或是正确)”的哥们睁大眼睛看看美国国立医学图书馆编发的“每日健康新闻/HealthDay News”如是说?美国人是不是也承认女性在分娩宝宝的过程中消耗甚大,而产后要尽量多休息、少活动,以利于身心恢复,进而建议产后的女性多多睡眠、少做家务和减少亲朋好友的探视次数与时间,及请钟点工帮助收拾家务等。

 (HealthDay News) -- While the first weeks after your baby is born are exciting and full of happy moments, they're also exhausting. It's important to get as much rest as possible without pushing yourself too much.

The womenshealth.gov website offers these suggestions for new moms:
   1、Stay focused on taking care of your new baby and yourself.

  2、Allow plenty of time for rest and to sleep whenever you can.

  3、Limit the number of visitors and the length of their visits.

  4、Don't worry about making sure that your house looks perfect.

  5、Don't push yourself to do too much.

  6、Ask for help with house chores, errands, etc.
