肠激惹综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome)易触发肠痉挛、腹痛、腹泻和腹胀等,易降低病友的生活质量。那么,如何才能够缓解患者的病情呢?美国胃肠协会建议如下:

 

1、注意平衡膳食和营养素的摄入;

2、少食牛奶和脂肪类食品;

3、请注意少量多餐,即避免进餐过饱或吃“大餐”;

4、需要进食适量纤维,但不宜过多,以避免因摄入纤维过多而加重症状;

5、必要时接受心理咨询,以调控自己的情绪;

6、学会压力管理与放松技术。

Focus on a healthier diet

 

(  HealthDay News) -- Irritable bowel syndrome can trigger cramps, abdominal pain, diarrhea and gas. But the cause is unclear, and an examination of the colon usually turns up no signs of the disease.

The American Gastroenterological Association offers these general treatment suggestions:

 

1Eat a healthy, balanced and nutritious diet.

2Avoid foods that appear to trigger your symptoms, such as dairy products or foods that are high in fat.

3Avoid eating large meals in one sitting. Instead, have smaller meals throughout the day.

4Make sure you get enough fiber each day. But avoid a high-fiber diet, which can actually worsen some IBS symptoms.

5Consider counseling to help manage emotional health concerns.

6Research and practice stress management and relaxation methods.
