为何运动前需要热身?

这是因为运动前进行合理的热身运动具有多方面的益处,现将美国运动协会的观点简要介绍如下(The American Council on Exercise mentions these examples):
1、Increased core body temperature, which leads to more efficient calorie burning/增加人体内脏器官或深部的温度,以提升热能代谢的效率;
2、Muscles are able to contract more quickly and forcefully/可强化肌肉收缩的力度与速率;
3、More oxygen is sent to the working muscles due to increased metabolic rate/随着热身后之代谢率的增加,可以将更多的氧气送至需要运动的肌肉;
4、Better elasticity in the muscles, which reduces the risk of injury/因可增加肌肉的弹性,故可减少运动过程中受伤的风险;
5、Improved muscle control and range of motion in the joints/可强化肌肉的收缩和增大关节的活动范围;
6、More comfortable, longer workouts and improved psychological preparedness to exercise/可以保障更好的赛前准备与心理调整。
